Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are fulfilled from our warehouses located on the East Coast and West Coast of the United States.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

We offer **free standard shipping** on all orders. Standard shipping typically takes **5–8 business days**. Your package may be shipped via USPS, UPS or another reliable carrier, depending on your location and warehouse availability. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak season demand.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be added to your order page. Please note that we do not send separate shipping confirmation emails automatically. Customers can log in to their order page at any time to view the latest delivery updates.  

Lost or Delayed Packages

After your order has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. If you encounter any issues, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. You may also reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist.
