Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return (Card Integrity is Key)

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and, most importantly, the deck must remain unopened. The original manufacturer's plastic wrap, shrink wrap, or seal must be intact. The item must be returned with all original packaging and tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return (Dynamic Address Process)

Since we ship from multiple fulfillment centers (East and West Coast), you must receive a specific return address from us to ensure your refund is processed quickly.

2. Provide Details

Include your order number, reason for return, and the specific deck(s) you wish to send back.

3. Receive Instructions

Once your return is accepted, we will determine the correct warehouse (based on your original shipping location) and send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

6. Important

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and receiving the correct assigned address will not be accepted or may incur significant delays. You can always contact us for any return question at liaofan0811@gmail.com.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item (e.g., if you ordered the Colorful Neon Tarot Cards Deck but received an Oracle Deck). We will evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the sensitive and specialized nature of our spiritual tools, certain items cannot be returned:

1. Opened Card Decks

We cannot accept returns on any decks once the original seal, shrink wrap, or factory cellophane has been broken or removed. This is to protect the integrity and energy of the cards for all our customers.

2. Sale Items or Gift Cards.
3. Custom Products

Such as personalized or special orders.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This speeds up the process and guarantees stock availability.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember: It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
